Located in the western suburbs our client pride themselves on delivering top-notch quality service. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice that ensures customers' needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.


This would be an ongoing position working day shift Monday to Friday with view for permanency for the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Assist customers with product information, availability, and order status updates.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices efficiently, striving to turn every interaction into a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall service quality.
  • Office administration duties as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
