Our client located in Broadmeadows is a leading player in the food manufacturing industry, committed to producing high-quality products that meet the highest standards of safety and taste. We are seeking dedicated and skilled Machine Operators to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor food manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards through regular inspections and adherence to company protocols.
  • Follow and enforce hygiene and safety procedures in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Assist in the setup and changeover of machinery for different production runs.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Record production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
