Our Client is a manufacturer of high-quality massage chairs focusing on advanced technology and ergonomic comfort. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. They are seeking a dedicated and proactive Junior Customer Service/Warehouse Admin to join their dynamic team.

This would be an ongoing position with a view to transition into a permanent role. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm in the Derrimut warehouse with possible relocation to Altona.

**NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**


No prior experience is necessary for this role as on-the-job training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career path.

About the Role:


You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of every interaction. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.

Responsibilities:


- Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and efficiently.
- Adhere to communication guidelines while discussing various topics.
- Understand customer needs, clarify information, research issues thoroughly, and offer solutions or alternatives.
- Establish relationships and actively engage with customers by exceeding their expectations.
- Maintain clear and organized records of all conversations in the database.
- Achieve personal and team quality and performance goals.
