About the Company:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated Branch Manager to lead their Auckland Lab. Our client is a leader in the EV Automotive industry, committed to excellence in all they do. Key Responsibilities:

- Promote a safety-first culture.

- Ensure compliance with company policies on safety, health, and the environment.

- Meet branch KPIs, including staff productivity, file quality, and revenue targets.

- Ensure servicing and maintenance are completed on schedule.

- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.

- Prepare performance reports for upper management.

- Handle complex customer issues.

- Meet revenue targets.

- Deliver excellent customer service.

- Communicate effectively in English.

- Manage and develop staff.

- Build strong customer relationships to drive growth.

- Develop operating budgets and optimize resource use.

- Implement continuous improvement policies and procedures.

- Provide technical mentorship to technicians.

- Build strong relationships with external reps and new customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Tertiary Education in Electronic Engineering (Highly Desirable).

Experience:

- 2-3 years in a similar role - Background in Electronics, Mechanical, or Auto Electric fields (advantageous).

- Proven track record in customer service.

- Experience managing technical teams.

- Commercial and financial acumen.

Skills:

- Hands-on team management.

- Strong multitasking and time management skills.

- Analytical thinking.
