Application Process

1. Application

Your ASA experience begins with a simple application process where you tell us about yourself, and we tell you a little bit about ourselves. Applicants are screened for current industry/firm vacancies, complimentary skills and the ability to ‘fit’ into our culture which encourages high employee engagement, self-motivation and independence. Successful applicants will be contacted and encouraged to attend our ASA Induction program – where you will learn more about our organisation.

2. ASA Induction

Successful applicants will then participate in our 2-hour Australian Staffing Agency (ASA) Induction program. This program will introduce you to our organisation, the industry you will be working in and the WH&S requirements of that industry. By the end of these 2 hours, you will have developed the background required for progression through to our ASA Training program.

3. ASA Training

You’ve successfully applied for a position, and completed the ASA Induction program, ASA will now deliver a comprehensive training program so you’re job ready the minute you begin your first assignment. Our training program includes on-the-job training, allowing you to develop the competencies to deliver as a professional in your chosen industry. Our goal is to develop independent, self-motivated individuals who can provide the short-term labour our clients require.

4. Work Assignments

Having successfully completed ASA Training you’re now ready to enter the workplace and deliver for our clients, as an independent and highly motivated member of staff. Our Work Assignments are both challenging and flexible; offering you the opportunity to work in an industry of your choice – in a way which builds your professional experience and confidence. Australia Staffing Agency know we’ve done our job successfully when a client asks for your return at the end of an assignment!
